Our vision
We are on a mission to reinvent procurement by transforming complex processes into simple and automated actions. Najar empowers businesses with cutting-edge procurement solutions that are adaptable, reliable, and focused on long-term financial health. With our AI-driven platform, businesses can confidently navigate the complexities of procurement, ensuring that every decision is visible, precise, and built to last.
With Najar, businesses have the tools they need to take control of their procurement processes, optimize spending, and unlock the full power of automation. Just like the navigation systems in a spaceship’s control room, our platform ensures that every insight is within reach.
About us
Our cofounder, who previously led the financial department in another company, experienced the pain around procurement processes and the lack of clarity and information. To solve this, he founded Najar in 2021. In just a few years, we’ve grown to several millions in ARR supporting 200+ customers in France and across Europe in their procurement journey, growing the team to 70+ people (including remote employees).
Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of €15 million led by 13Books, Portage and Tomcat, we are focused on continuing our growth and expanding our impact in the market. We have the ambition of being the leading procurement solution in France, and Europe. Our goal is to become the strategic partner for businesses, their Architect of Trust.
Your Role
Content (and design) is the backbone of our pipeline generation engine: there isn't a single marketing OKR that doesn't rely on it. You'll own our content and social strategy end-to-end, from long-form ebooks that drive lead gen to the design assets that bring campaigns to life.
You'll be senior enough to work independently across competing priorities, comfortable owning both Content and Design (hands-on plus managing freelancers), and confident using AI to move faster without sounding generic.
Your Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end content and social calendar across the company, ensuring efficient, high-quality, on-brand execution
Plan, research and produce long-form content that supports organic growth and category authority, including our long-tail organic campaign
Manage content translation and design localization (with freelance support in French and German) as we scale into new markets
Own company and executive social presence on LinkedIn
Own brand design consistency and templates across marketing materials, creating assets yourself and briefing freelancers
Own customer case studies and proof points, from research through to campaign activation
Manage applications to European rankings and awards (e.g. Sifted) to build category recognition
Partner with Sales, CSM, Partnerships, and Procurement to ensure content reflects our expertise, our data, and real customer and market needs
Your profile
You've built and run a company-wide content calendar tied to pipeline and OKRs, across multiple personas and industries
You publish polished, data-backed, SEO-friendly long-form content in English with minimal editing, and you're comfortable interpreting and presenting data
You've owned a company social presence and grown followers/engagement, with the ability to flex tone across audiences
You build and read performance dashboards, tying content output back to pipeline and OKRs
You run a broad remit end-to-end with minimal check-ins, proactively flagging risks and making calls independently
You build trust cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Procurement, and Product
You use AI for research, content creation, and task automation, while understanding its limits
Nice to have: localization/translation program management, brand & visual design sense (Figma, Canva), French fluency, freelancer/vendor management, and experience in a Series A/B environment comfortable with ambiguity
