Stanislas Huchard, VP Finance

My team manages Najar’s operational foundations: finance, processes, and the legal framework. The goal is simple: to ensure that each division can perform without administrative or financial friction. In a rapidly growing company, this is an ongoing effort: today’s processes aren’t necessarily enough for tomorrow. It requires being comfortable with ambiguity, making quick decisions with limited information, and maintaining high standards for everything we deliver.

Finance, Ops & Legal Team:

Ensure Najar’s financial and operational stability, secure the legal framework, and build processes that enable the company to scale without structural debt.

The scope :

  • Financial Governance: Rigorous monitoring of cash flow and invoicing; active participation in budget development and growth analysis (FP&A).

  • Process Architecture: Identify, document, and automate internal workflows (Sales, Procurement, Tech) to eliminate tasks with no added value.

  • Data & KPIs: Build clear and actionable dashboards for the founding team, without reporting for the sake of reporting.

  • Legal & Compliance: Manage the contractual framework (clients, suppliers, partners), ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, and support teams on day-to-day legal matters.

About Najar

Our cofounder, who previously led the financial department in another company, experienced the pain around procurement processes and the lack of clarity and information. To solve this, he founded Najar in 2021. In just a few years, we’ve grown to several millions in ARR supporting 200+ customers in France and across Europe in their procurement journey, growing the team to 70+ people (including remote employees).

Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of €15 million led by 13Books, Portage and Tomcat, we are focused on continuing our growth and expanding our impact in the market.
